Weekend Couples Intensive Workshop

Couple Retreats
Love Can Be More, Don’t Settle For Less
What if you and your partner could create the fulfilling relationship you truly desire?
How does deeper connection, aligned and open communication, and less conflict sound?
How about truly understanding you and your partners childhood origin stories, internal parts and deepest needs and desires.
How about a relationship that is based on integrity, fairness, trust, sensitivity and mutual respect?

Based on neuroscience research, attachment theory, arousal regulation and understanding and connecting with inner parts, this retreat will help you create a securely conscious relationship that is based on coming back to love and “our relationship first”.

Imagine you and your partner escaping the hustle and stress of everyday life for a weekend retreat in the mountains, where you can find peace and strengthen your bond. Our couple’s retreat is designed to help you refocus on you and your relationship, even if these relationships haven’t been a priority lately. This retreat offers a chance to reconnect with yourself, and each other, rekindle the deep bond that brought you together, and develop deeper intimacy.
Throughout the weekend, you'll participate in lectures, exercises, movement, and outdoor experiences aimed at fostering self and mutual understanding. You'll learn to read yours and your partner's communication, body language, and nonverbal cues, as well as, recognize each other's attachment styles, and grasp the basics of relationship biology. You will dive deeper in your relationship with self and explore your inner world and integration with these parts. The retreat includes a Couple handbook and personal journal to guide each component, and serve as a reflection of your journey and vision for the future. Partners gain insight and deeper understanding into each other’s internal parts, behavior and communication style and build a sense of safety and security within the relationship.
Couples will leave the retreat with:

An established two-person system called the Couple Bubble

A deeper understanding of their own and each other's brains & nervous systems, how our brains are wired for survival and how they can actually hurt you and your partner in relationship. As well as, a deeper understanding of how to regulate, calm and soothe the brain and nervous system to enable partners to navigate their relationship more effectively and to create mutual safety and security.

Develop mutually satisfying and lasting agreements to make decision making easier and that serve as a guide map for your relationship

Learn to communicate (verbally and non-verbally) more effectively and consciously, and to handle conflicts with the “relationship first motto” in mind.

To argue/flight well and safely, and repair hurt quickly without excuses, explanations or intentions

A deeper understanding of each other’s attachment styles- how your brain relates to other people.

A clear vision of who we are in our relationship and where we are going

A deep understanding of our own individual and relationship patterns and triggers

A conscious and deeper relationship to Self and inner parts (Inner child parts/ shadow parts). Self-awareness, validating, honoring feelings, needs and listening to your body.

An ability to self-soothe and feel safe in your own body

Clearly established Relationship Values that we honor and live by. As well, a clear strategy of how we will honor and live by them

Radical self-compassion and partner compassion for the process of change and healing together
The retreat also incorporates yoga, hiking, sound therapy and other outdoor activities to nourish your soul and reconnect with nature. By the end of the weekend, you'll feel rejuvenated and more connected, with tools and insights to sustain your relationship's growth and interconnectedness.

Virtual Couples Mastermind
Our Couples Mastermind is like doing the couples retreat in the comfort of your own home. This 12 week session blends PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy), Conscious Relationship Principles, and IFS (Internal Family Systems) methods to help partners connect on a deeper level. Through tailored exercises and interactive sessions, couples gain insights into each other's experiences, enhance mutual understanding, and build a more conscious and securely attached relationship.
